The reason for this letter is to express my complete satisfaction regarding my US Navy career service ring.
I received my ring on Feb. 22nd. I am overwhelmed and pleased that your rings are created and handcrafted in America and not out-sourced to a foreign country. Further, the workmanship makes me proud of the skills that your associates have mastered, and custom crafted.
Yes, this ring has reminded me of the bravery and sacrifices made by so many Veterans during those terrible conflicts of preserving our honor, principles and duty to your country. The two years 1944-1946 that I was aboard ship in the Pacific theatre as a Pharmacist Mate 2/c, (Hospital Mate), instilled in me, an appreciation for mankind and peace.
Please extend my kudos and deepest appreciation to those members of your organization that have made me proud to wear their masterpiece. This special ring will be worn into my entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven, God willing.

Wow - I have to admit, I didn't think anyone would get back to me.
In a day where customer service has taken a backseat to the almighty dollar, you have restored my faith in what it means to satisfy the customer and I thank you for that.
Yes, I would very much like to send in my ring to see if it could be re-furbished and restored to the way it was when I first received it. May I send it to your attention at the address below your name (via Fedex) or do you have another contact I should use? I will enclose a copy of our email strings so there is no confusion as to what is to be done.
